Integrative Gastrointestinal & General Service Nurse Practitioner Osher Center Integrative Medicine Full Time 84117BR Job Summary The Integrative Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a highly skilled clinical professional specializing in General Medicine, and Integrative Health. Leveraging extensive education, clinical knowledge, and experience, the Integrative Health NP assesses, plans, and evaluates patient care. This role embodies that of an expert practitioner, collaborator, consultant, educator, clinician, and change agent. Working under the general direction of the Practice Manager, the Medical Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Health, and the Director of Adult Medical Specialties, the primary responsibility of the Integrative Health NP is to manage and coordinate patient care at the Osher Center for Integrative Health. This includes emphasizing collaborative management, education, and continuity of outpatient integrative care within the General & Integrative Medicine service lines. The NP must efficiently prioritize multiple urgent issues while caring for patients with complex diseases and general medical and geriatric conditions. The NP will collaborate closely with other providers to develop, evaluate, and refine workflows and processes for panel management programs related to Integrative Health and long-term continuity of care in an ambulatory setting. The NP plays a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and will work with all support staff to ensure the highest level of continuity of care for patients in an outpatient setting. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $100.48 - $130.31 (Hourly Rate).
