Do you have proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite and typing skills and are ready for the next step in your career? Staffmark has partnered with a high-volume call center, right here in Temecula, CA, which has an exciting opportunity and is seeking new energetic and enthusiastic talent to join their growing team as an Appointment Specialist!

Pay: $17/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (5 days during this time frame) 6am - 7pm (8 hours during this time frame)

Overtime as needed

Essential tasks:



  • Ensure all set appointments are accurate and contain the necessary information.
  • Respond promptly to texts from Sales Representatives and customers.
  • Review and audit Call Center calls for compliance and completeness.
  • Approve or disqualify appointments based on the information provided.
  • Follow up with the Call Center for any missing details and reschedule appointments as needed.




Qualifications: Six months of outbound calling experience preferred. Customer service in call center environment with outbound calling.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
