Pay: $25/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Manage job files and maintain accurate documentation (HBL, MBL, ISF, etc.) Perform credit checks and escalate irregularities Ensure quotes, cost, and sell rates are properly filed Organize physical and electronic files regularly Respond to emails and communications promptly Provide updates to customers and overseas agents on import statuses Oversee customs clearance and ensure timely submission Maintain delivery schedules and competitive delivery rates Issue invoices within 5 days of delivery Maximize profitability while managing costs Job Requirements: 2+ years of freight forwarding experience Strong knowledge of ocean import logistics and documentation Excellent account management and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated and team-oriented Experience with Cargowise software Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) Why Join Us?
