In this role, you'll provide top-notch service to multiple customers within a designated territory. Pay: $32 - $38 per hour Schedule: Night Shift \| 6 PM - 6 AM \| 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule Requirements: 5+ years of mechanical experience, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required; or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. 3+ years of maintenance experience. Valid driver's license Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions operating and maintenance instructions, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Maintenance Technician Job Duties Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems in commercial properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Analyze findings during maintenance and recommend changes based upon findings. Complete assigned work orders and document completion within the CMMS. Perform repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment. Complete shift rounds to complete a checklist to document the performance of equipment.
