Dynamic Energy Conversion Engineer HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking a Dynamic Energy Conversion / Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio in support of the GEARS contract at NASA Glenn Research Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will provide engineering test support for technology development of advanced dynamic energy conversion concepts. The individual will support the design, development, troubleshooting, and testing of test stations for dynamic energy conversion technology in support of radioisotope power systems development. This work includes testing of Stirling convertors. The individual will identify methodologies, instrumentation, and supporting test equipment as needed, as well as support the set- up of test hardware, data systems, and related support equipment and evaluate and document test results.
