Clinical Veterinary Technician

Clinical Veterinary Technician to assist staff and clinicians within various services. Duties to include IV catheter placement, drug administration, medical record documentation, client communication, service and patient procedural coordination.

Previous experience in a canine / feline veterinary setting.

- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

- Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning cheimcals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors.

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all times and mantain professionalism in emotionally charged/ challenging situations.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Prefer experience in a speciality setting
Prefer Licensed/REgistered/Certified by any state
Graduation from an AVMA fully accredited two or four-year Veterinary Technician Program.
