As a result of our impressive and sustained growth, Brightview Senior Living is looking to add a new Vice President of Sales to lead our innovative sales strategies and drive success across our communities. Brightview Senior Living is based in Baltimore, MD and was founded in 1999, built on the idea that a great place to work is a great place to live. Today, Brightview builds, owns, and operates over 45 senior living communities with over 6,000 associates. We deliver award-winning rental senior living communities in eight states along the East Coast: Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia. The Vice President of Sales will be based out of our corporate location in Baltimore, MD and must currently live or be willing to move to a location easily commutable to Baltimore. Responsibilities What You'll Do: * Lead with Impact: Champion sales efforts across the organization, ensuring each community achieves its goals while demonstrating Brightview's core values of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation, and Success (STARS). * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and long-term sales strategies, collaborating with executive teams, sales directors, and marketing experts to create impactful community sales plans. * Coaching & Mentoring: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Associates, sharing best practices, refining sales techniques, and ensuring the team is equipped for success. * Innovative Sales Solutions: Develop cutting-edge tools, technology, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and accelerate the sales process across all communities. * Collaborate & Thrive: Partner with marketing, HR, and operations teams to create impactful outreach campaigns, optimize sales strategies, identify sales talent, and ensure seamless execution across all regions. * Continuous Improvement: Monitor/analyze sales metrics, adjust strategies to optimize results, and guide communities in enhancing their marketing, appearance, and sales processes. Salary Range USD $220,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. In the case of the VP of Sales, incentive programs will be in place. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. Qualifications What We're Looking For: * A proven sales leader with 10+ years of experience in multi-site sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in sales management (experience in senior living or hospitality preferred). * Strong experience with sales technology, data analytics, and performance tracking to continuously improve sales strategies and results. * A track record of successfully driving revenue growth, achieving sales, occupancy, and profitability goals. * A visionary leader who can inspire and motivate teams, with a talent for developing and executing sales strategies and training programs. * A collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can lead cross-functional teams to success. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights and engage with senior leadership, investors, and partners. * A positive, high-energy individual who is passionate about driving results and making a meaningful difference.
