Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst

What You'll Do:
- Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and financial statements.
- Deliver meaningful insights through financial analysis on sales, margins, expenditures, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity with monthly general ledger reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
- Lead the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests with robust documentation and analysis.
- Manage Fixed Asset processes-from capitalization and depreciation to tracking disposals and bi-annual inventories.
- Conduct monthly credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Partner in audit readiness, supporting both internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate across teams with ad hoc support in AP, AR, and Payroll
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Agility to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience with Oracle ERP is a strong plus
