Location Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in our Minneapolis office preferred. Remote will be considered for the right candidate. Join Our Dynamic Program and Business Development Team We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing Program and Business Development team! This role will report to the Director, Program and Business Development. The Program and Business Development team is responsible for growing existing and identifying new Commercial and Industrial (C & I) program initiatives that drive growth aligned with CEE's strategic plan. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical direction of a dynamic and evolving department dedicated to advancing energy efficiency. You will oversee engineering support for energy assessments, code compliance, building simulation, and other C & I initiatives while developing streamlined processes and fostering continuous improvement. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and project execution skills to ensure high-quality deliverables and the successful launch of new projects and programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting C & I business development efforts including proposal preparation for new initiatives. This position provides direct supervisory support to a team of engineers and technical staff.
