Join Our Dynamic Residential Decarbonization Team
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Residential Decarbonization team, which is responsible for implementing pilot programs that work towards decarbonizing and electrifying our residential building stock. This work will be largely supported by local external funders. This role will report to the Senior Program Manager and has no direct reports. Depending on the cadence of work, this role may also support the Energy Advisor Service, another team in the Residential Department that does similar work. The Program Coordinator will work closely with other parts of the residential department and other internal teams to implement the decarbonization programs. A Project Coordinator will use building science expertise to guide decision making and be responsible for the participant experience in these programs. You'll communicate directly with participants and the contractors who work in their homes to ensure a smooth and timely completion of projects, that maximum incentives are realized, and that this work is aligned with program goals.
