Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

    Bachelor's degree required or 6 years of related experience.
  1. Strong interpersonal communication skills required
  2. Previous Human Resources experience is required.
  3. Microsoft computer skills required
  4. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
