Genesis10 is seeking a Systems Engineer. This hybrid role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. The contract duration is 9+ months. Compensation: Up to $70 per hour W2H Responsibilities: Collaborate with key business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers Integrate with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure Ensure high availability and a seamless user experience Design, conduct impact analysis, analyze data, and estimate work effort for new features and fixes Engage in cross-team communication to facilitate effective collaboration Lead and participate in automation and process improvement initiatives Implement and manage identity proofing processes to ensure secure user authentication and verification Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures Apply in-depth understanding of identity protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, and SCIM Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members Requirements: Ability to design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions integrating with a variety of systems and platforms Experience in tools such as Okta, Ping, or equivalent Ability to utilize orchestration tools like PingOne DaVinci or Transmit Security FlexID to automate and streamline identity workflows Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align CIAM solutions Ability to implement, manage, and support technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), FIDO authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity and access management Preferred Experience: Experience with Okta and Transmit Security Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
