We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Asset Servicing Client Channels. Our Asset Servicing business includes solutions BNY provides to asset manager, asset owners, banks, broker dealers, insurance companies and alternative fund managers. These solutions include custody, fund accounting and administration, middle office services and transfer agency, delivered across 100+ markets globally. The remit of this role covers all these solutions, clients and regions. This role is located in New York, NY. - HYBRID In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leading the global vision and strategy for client channels and data delivery across Asset Servicing, aligning with client needs, industry trends, and firm-wide innovation.
- Taking a client-first, design-led approach to creating the channel experiences for our Asset Servicing clients, including how our clients interact with us across our various offerings through our client portal, cloud data sharing, messaging, file deliveries, APIs, etc. (e.g., Nexen, BNY Data Vault, SWIFT, FTP)
- Translating client expectations (e.g., onboarding timelines, data refresh rates) into actionable channel design and service standards.
- Identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives to close gaps between the current operating model and long-term vision, across people, processes, and technology.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a development backlog that advances the channel strategy with meaningful value at each step.
- Overseeing execution of the roadmap in collaboration with product, design, tech, and platform teams-ensuring solutions are client-tested, refined, and effectively adopted.
- Establishing the organizational structure and support model to ensure high-quality service and training for clients across all channels.
- Tracking adoption metrics and client feedback to continuously improve tools, channels, and service delivery.
- Innovating around future-proofing and commercializing channel capabilities, including the use of emerging technologies like generative AI and data monetization strategies.
- Collaborating with business development teams to support strategic engagements with key clients
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Strong digital product management experience, building and uplifting digital products
- Passion for creating superior user experiences, informed by in-depth user research leveraging persona-based journey mapping, jobs-to-be-done, etc.
- Proven experience in product design, developing use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, backlogs, etc.
- Knowledge of innovative data structuring and monetization strategies in the B2B space
- Intellectual curiosity - interested in shaping the future of financial services
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and the ability to influence others
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and stakeholders
- Experience recruiting, motivating and developing staff, maximizing their contributions and professional growth
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion
- Desire to work in a fast-paced highly transformational environment
- Knowledge of institutional financial services is desired, ideally with experience in asset servicing

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
