Position Title: Stacker
Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/Hour Shift/Hours: Shift/Hours: 12 Hour Shifts AM Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 AM- 4:00 PM PM Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM- 4:00 AM Join a hardworking team in Random Lake, WI, where you'll play a vital role in the printing process as a Stacker. In this position, you'll bundle, handle, and neatly stack printed products while inspecting for quality and defects. You'll operate sheet stackers, assist with press maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Stacker Responsibilities: - Bundle, handle, and stack printed products neatly and securely - Operate sheet stackers and restack products on skids - Fill out skid and load tags accurately - Inspect sheets for defects (e.g., markings, wrinkles, bad cut-off) and document findings - Pull and inspect samples, report defects to the lead press operator - Assist with press maintenance, cleaning, and assigned tasks - Learn webbing up and assist with plate and blanket installation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements - Ensure a safe work environment and maintain regular attendance Requirements for Stacker: - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds - Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment - Ability to work independently and with others - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
