Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The FAN EXPO HQ Content Team Administrative Support role provides essential assistance to the Senior Content Manager and the wider Content team. This position focuses on the organization and management of various content programming resources, including creating and maintaining a comprehensive Content Programming/Session Library. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting invoices, developing assets for show schedules and other event documents, coordinating show data, and updating essential documents. Additional administrative tasks are assigned as needed to support the overall functionality and efficiency of the Content team. The role is flexible, with hours ranging from 10-20 per week, and may involve occasional travel and onsite support during events. Key Responsibilities:
