Position Details: The EIC (Early in Career) Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will execute full cycle search activities to source and qualify candidates for open intern requisitions for specific business placements. This individual will represent an established business unit and act as the strategic talent partner; providing researched recommendations on where to focus university recruitment efforts to ensure the highest return on investment. Success will be propelled by your ability to network, execute tenacious searches and pitch our fantastic career opportunities to score the best talent in the market. In an advisory capacity, you will partner with Hiring Managers, the Early in Career (EIC) Program Consultant and Human Resource Business Partners to manage multi-year talent strategies to enable EIC talent to be part of the larger business growth plan. You will report to the Manager of EIC and will be required to come into the office at least once a week, more frequently during high recruitment peaks. You Will:
