MaineHealth Corporate is actively accepted applications for a 100% remote role as a Patient Financial Services Associate role.

Summary:

The Patient Financial Services Associate IV role is responsible for all facets of patient accounting, including the appropriate billing and follow up of patient insurance claims within filing limits, supporting proper account completion and closure.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of experience in a related healthcare patient accounting field, with a minimum of one year with Maine Health required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Patient Financial Services Associate III role.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
