Calendar Coordination: Manage calendars efficiently, scheduling appointments and meetings to optimize team productivity.

Supply Management: Oversee the office supply room and inventory, coordinating orders to keep our workspace well-stocked and organized.

Expense Oversight: Handle expense management by processing monthly expense reports for leadership, ensuring financial accuracy.

Travel Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the team as needed, making travel hassle-free.

Pay for this position: $21 - $24 per hour depending on education and experience
