Responsibilities
  • Software Training & Education - Provide initial and ongoing training to clinical end users (home health, hospice, and inpatient units) on electronic health record (EHR) applications. Educate staff through classroom sessions, one-on-one instruction, and virtual training, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • System Support & Optimization - Assist in troubleshooting software and workflow issues, distinguishing between user and system problems. Work collaboratively with IT and management to optimize clinical workflows, develop standardized reports, and support process improvements.
  • Implementation & Maintenance - Serve as a liaison between agency staff, management, and IT to support the implementation and maintenance of home care and hospice software. Participate in meetings, committees, and projects to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • RN, PT, or OT license required.

Experience:

  • Teaching of adult learners, process improvement, software applications, minimum 2 years home care clinical and/or management/Informatics experience.

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

    RN, PT, or OT license required.
