HVAC Technician

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).
• 5 or more years of HVAC experience in Commercial / Industrial / Manufacturing service.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of and always comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
• EPA Universal
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance and provide recommendations to commercial HVAC systems as appropriate. In addition, will perform as a Multi-Craft Technician toward assigned duties toward plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance. Understands control operation and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems. Utilizes multiple trade communication skills and can foster strong relationships with customers, vendors and team members.

Schedule Night Shift:| 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2-2-3)

Pay: $35 - $40 per hour
