(Device Support Specialist) Job Details Duration: Estimated 12 months Location: San Diego CA, 92127 Schedule: ( Hybrid) Onsite Tuesday-Thursday Pay Rate:$40.00-$60.00 Per hour (Depending on experience) Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Anticipated Start: March 24th Position Overview Searching for a Device Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in the configuration, testing and administration of services for company networked products via our custom web interfaces. The ideal candidate enjoys playing around with new technology as their hobby, is detail oriented, and comfortable with data entry. Primary Responsibilities Configure services and products for testing and use in the development, field test, production environments using web-based administrative application. Provide metrics to related parties as needed using internal reporting tools. Use custom web tools to manage tasks. Data entry from various source materials and multiple languages. Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation and reports. Provide internal/external communications for market issues as needed Requirements Must be reliable, detail-oriented, independent, highly organized, and proactive. Must have problem-solving skills. Preferred experience in Data Entry and/or IT Support related. Experience using task ticketing system such as JIRA very desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
