Hybrid-Asset Leasing Specialist Category: Administration & Office Support Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-383144 Hybrid-Asset Leasing Specialist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wayne, PA. The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: One (1) to three (3) years' experience within an equipment leasing environment Basic understanding of Word and Excel. Hybrid Schedule: Initial training is five (5) days on-site during the first week, followed by a hybrid work model, three (3) days onsite, two (2) days remote. Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr; depending on experience What You'll Be Doing: Support the "end of lease" process, handling approximately 2,300 cancellations per month for this team. Engage in customer calls, documentation, data entry, and inventory management. Create quotes for future vendors and customers. Maintain a high level of organization and multitasking abilities, with strong proficiency in Excel. Demonstrate flexibility by supporting Operations in the morning and Inventory in the afternoon. Team generates an average of 10,000 quotes per month. Quotes, cancellations and extensions. What You Need to Bring to the Table: High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) to three (3) years' experience within an equipment leasing environment Excellent communications skills both written and verbal Microsoft Office experience to include Word & Excel Ability to deal with customers / good phone-customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle and using bots for system updates is a plus Background working with financial institutions preferred Helpful skills: experience working with contracts, vendor quotes, cash applications, account delinquency, equipment returns, etc. Opportunity is Calling, Apply Now!
