ITSM Project Manager - 100% REMOTE CONTRACT PART TIME AM

Our globally recognized end client is in need of a PART TIME
Observability ITSM Project Manager to join their team for a 6-Month REMOTE
CONTRACT
opportunity. This position requires the ability to work mornings, Mon through Friday, and pays a RANGE
of $34-48/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Overseeing the integration of New Relic into our end client's existing ITSM and project management systems.
• Ensuring that these integrations enhance their service delivery and project execution processes.
• Working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure that the new systems are effectively utilized.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Preferred, BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent work experience REQUIRED.
  
• 2-3 years proven experience in ITSM role, preferably in an enterprise corporate setting REQUIRED.
  
• Previous experience extending observability platforms to new product teams REQUIRED.
