*Nintendo of America: Sales Floor Associate (Seasonal)* *Start Date: *TBD *Pay Range: *$20/hr *Contract Length: *2-3 month contract *Worksite Location: *San Francisco, CA 94102 (Union Square Area) *Schedule: *Open availability required Monday-Saturday between 9am-9pm PST and Sunday between 11am-7pm PST. Your schedule will be 30 hours per week within this range. Schedules will be provided 2 weeks in advance. * * *Job Description: * * Provide customer service to customers at the Nintendo World Store * Assist customers in the purchase of Nintendo branded merchandise and products * Provide customers with product information and demonstrations * Cross-sell and up-sell merchandise; recommend products to customers * Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties * Works effectively within a team environment * Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment * Supports the tasks and procedures of assigned work group/team * Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines * Enthusiasm towards and willingness to learn about gaming * * *Qualifications: * * Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings and occasional overnights/midnight releases (Weekend availability is a must) * 1+ years off customer service experience in a retail environment * Required to have CASHIER experience * At least a high school diploma or GED is required * Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services is preferred * Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level * * *Company Information: * Nintendo's mission is to put smiles on the faces of everyone we touch.
