About This Role:

The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Employee Relations and Labor Relations Branch in day-to-day operations


Responsibilities:
  • Support the NSWC PHD Performance Management Program, which is known as DPMT.
  • Perform system administrator functions as well as advisory services related to Performance based recognition and corrective actions.
  • Provide advisory services in the area of Emergency Essential designations and employee benefits and entitlements.
  • Perform Human Resource functional tasks in support of Command Human Capital objectives.


The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
  • Proactive, organized, on-time, produce quality products in a timely manner, organized, dependable, available for work.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal, self-starter.
Professional Certifications: N/A
Education: B.S. inrelatedfields
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Years of Professional Experience:
2 - 4years of experience

The "Nice-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior DoD experience
  • Prior experience working in Human Resources
  • Prior experience with Flankspeed, Waypoints, and Adobe

As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more.
The projected compensation range for this position is $63,000 to $65,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
