As a key player on our HR team, you'll be the go-to expert for managing our HR-Payroll systems, analyzing data, streamlining processes, and ensuring our benefits programs are efficient and competitive.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading HRIS and benefits strategy-keeping our HR-Payroll systems running smoothly
  • Collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to optimize system performance and ensure compliance
  • Providing HR analytics and workforce insights to improve employee engagement and decision-making
  • Supporting open enrollment, benefits administration, and vendor management for our self-insured plans
  • Leading HR system upgrades and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
  • Training HR teams to maximize HRIS capabilities and streamline processes

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Five or more years of HR-Payroll systems and benefits experience (UKG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and system management
  • Excellent communication and training skills to support HR teams effectively
