The Department of Anesthesiology's Education Office is a fast-paced, collaborative office which serves medical students, residents, and fellows within the Department as well as the faculty who support these education programs. This role serves as the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) Administrator, which oversees all medical student courses, clerkships, observerships, and visiting learners within the Department of Anesthesiology. This role also provides administrative support for the Anesthesiology Education Office. Ideal candidates must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, independent work skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills to be an integral part of this team's work. They are able to flexibly manage multiple priorities at once. They are organized and able to create timely and orderly workflows, often leveraging technology to maximize efficiency. This position reports to the Residency Program Administrator in the Department of Anesthesiology and works closely with the education faculty leadership team. This is a hybrid position with 3 days on site per week. This role requires event support outside of normal working hours approximately 1-2 times per month. Qualifications
