Procurement and Facilities Planner

This role provides key support for purchasing and facilities projects, through tactical management including, but not limited to, ordering of indirect and consumable purchases for business, generating purchase orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Works in tandem with other departments.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:



  • Management of procurement tasks such as ordering of indirect and consumable purchases.
  • Generates purchase orders, tracks order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Resolves invoice issues timely and coordinates with accounts payable departments for payment.
  • Coordinates internal documentation and approvals for purchases.
  • Collaborates with internal departments for fleet vehicle tasks such as vehicle logistics, vehicle modifications, graphics, and final delivery to stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and plans activation and delivery of mobile devices
  • Track facilities projects progress and coordination with vendors/contractors.
  • Plans and collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders on Facilities projects.
  • Coordinate yearly maintenance contracts with vendor/contractors
  • Assist with streamlining and optimizing procurement and facilities processes.
  • Maintain open and active communication with Senior Management.
  • Always represent the Company in a professional manner.
  • Any other duties as delegated by management.
  • Maintain daily onsite attendance as required.



Qualifications:



  • BA/BS in business, supply chain, communications, or related field. Equivalent experience of 5+ years will also be considered.
  • Must possess at least 1-2 years of experience in planning or project management role.
  • Must be well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be accurate with tracking and reporting.
  • Must be skilled in relationship building and working with confidential information.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Present neat, clean, professional appearance of self and equipment.
