Location: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak St. SE., Salem, OR 97301 Your role with us As the Imaging Shift Lead, you'll provide both technical expertise and frontline leadership to ensure high-quality imaging services and efficient daily operations. You'll be a key point of contact for staff and providers, helping to maintain a positive and productive environment. In this hybrid role, you'll balance hands-on imaging work with leadership responsibilities including workflow coordination, quality oversight, and team support. This position is ideal for an experienced radiologic technologist ready to take on a leadership role and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What you'll do
