Senior Manager, Software and Product Innovation

Senior Manager, Software and Product Innovation, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Charlotte, NC. Develop software and build data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, design compliance procedures for data management, and continually research new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change. Deliver innovative solutions that are valuable, usable, and aligned with accomplishing the company's mission. Manage products through initial launch and follow-on releases, identifying dependencies and clearing blockers. Focus on cloud solution engineering and automation, with a focus on applications and data. Understand application and microservice architectures, integration patterns and data engineering aspects using cloud technologies. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships. Coach and supervise teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $194,000-$214,000 /yr

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

 Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

·       Designing and implementing cloud based solutions data storage and processing solutions in the Cloud;

·       Creating Web User Interface (UI) with use of recent javascript libraries like HTML5, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and/or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS);

·       Working with Agile Methodologies and developing code using object-oriented design, implementation and maturation to take advantage of the language feature sets;

·       Designing and developing large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large scale internet systems utilizing Java, Scala, Python and/or JavaScript.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
