At BNSF Railway, the Human Resource & Medical Department is dedicated to recruiting top talent, fostering employee development, and ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. This is a full-timeposition located in Denver, CO. For certain positions, including this one, employees can work one day per week remotely. Travel is 40-50% on the Northwest and Powder River divisions. Key responsibilities may include: Provide leadership oversight for HR team in the North Region Hub. Lead the HR Hub team providing work assignments, planning, closely coordinating work activities with the Divisional HR Representatives working in Spoke roles. Facilitate clear communication and planning processes with external recruiters for sourcing and recruitment support across the North Region. Coordinate Regional HR Activities by working closely with the Regional Director of Human Resources. Train and develop the HR Hub team members. Manage HR Activities on two Divisions providing coverage for the Northwest and Powder River Divisions. Leading the following HR processes:
