What We Do We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Sr Marketing Specialist - Retention & Product to support our efforts to deepen customer loyalty and retention in our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Home Warranty business. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in product, strategy, or growth functions, who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about improving the customer experience through data-backed product improvements.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to identify opportunities across the customer journey that drive engagement, repeat usage, and long-term value.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct analysis of customer behavior, churn, and retention metrics to identify product opportunities that enhance loyalty.
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for retention-focused features, experiences, and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and prioritize product enhancements tied to customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and CX teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience across channels.
  • Help improve and maintain dashboards that monitor core retention KPIs
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to benchmark best-in-class retention strategies.
  • Support user research and A/B testing efforts to validate ideas and refine product features.
  • Help translate business goals into product requirements and clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product strategy, product analytics, customer experience, or retention-focused roles, ideally at a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer tech company.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).
  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and retention levers in a DTC environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous testing, iteration, and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with subscription-based or loyalty-driven business models.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Exposure to UX research or product design thinking frameworks.
  • Passion for consumer behavior and building great customer experiences.

Salary Range

$75,375 - $100,475

The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
