The Job The Sales Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training programs that equip Medicare sales agents with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to effectively and compliantly sell SCAN Medicare health plans. This role works closely with the training team, sales leadership, product teams, and compliance to ensure training content supports agent success in understanding health plan benefits, using enrollment systems, and following regulatory guidelines. Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience will be considered Preferred Certifications or Licenses:
Experience Preferred:
Strong instructional design skills with expertise in adult learning principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content. High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance. Strong facilitation and presentation skills (for train-the-trainer sessions if needed). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
