The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Provide outstanding organization of material categories.
• Review and maintain material lead times.
• Evaluate stocking requirements and lot sizing.
• Monitor material inventory levels using proven forecasting techniques.
• Convert planned orders to purchase requisitions daily.
• Assess and manage No/Slow moving inventory.
• Collaborate strictly with suppliers on Reverse Material Logistics.

We are looking for candidates who can successfully implement strategic plans and compete at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MRP, particularly with SAP.
• A deep understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in Purchasing, Materials Management, or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and a proven track record with SAP.
• Expertise in Data Management reporting with sophisticated Excel functions.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Information Technology.
• CPIM or CSCP certification, and Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt is also preferred!
