We're looking for a Temporary EDI Support Coordinator to assist in monitoring and supporting our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes. What You'll Monitor & Manage Keep data flowing and systems aligned through precision and collaboration. EDI Monitoring: Track inbound and outbound EDI transactions across multiple databases and platforms Issue Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve Tier 1 EDI exceptions using standard procedures Exception Handling: Identify, analyze, and escalate data errors or mismatches to internal teams or trading partners Partner Coordination: Communicate with external partners to manage file requests, troubleshoot issues, and support data flows Reporting & Logs: Maintain reports, logs, and audit trails of EDI activities; assist in generating metrics for operational reviews Cross-Functional Communication: Translate technical details into clear terms for non-technical teams System Testing: Support testing activities during updates or process changes Daily Task Management: Track updates and complete scheduled responsibilities accurately and on time What You Bring to the Team Detail-oriented, technically curious, and team-driven. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related college coursework preferred Experience: 2+ years in EDI support, technical coordination, or similar roles Preferred: experience with scripting, database tools, and transportation or logistics environments Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EDI standards, file structures, and communication protocols Familiarity with Microsoft EDI translation tools is a plus Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative thinking and the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve data-related issues Collaboration & Communication: Clear verbal and written communication, with strong documentation practices Software Proficiency: Excel: Intermediate level Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio: Basic level Organization: Ability to juggle priorities and maintain focus under deadlines Your Work Environment A corporate office setting with a focus on technical coordination and accuracy. Physical Demands: Includes regular typing, data entry, phone communication, and document handling; occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.)
