Pay and Benefits: This role is dually employed by University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $103,000 commensurate with experience, qualifications, and cFTE. We have a strong research agenda in compulsive sexual behavior, women's sexual health, transgender and non-binary health, and related areas, that has been supported by millions of dollars in state and federal funding, and we have developed innovative and effective treatment approaches to sexual and gender problems. The Institute has led the way nationally and internationally in crucial, often controversial, sexual issues and has worked with local, national, and international health agencies to advance public health policies promoting sexual health. We have also been national and international leaders in transgender and non-binary health, both in clinical practice and research. We offer graduate education through our Master of Professional Studies in Sexual Health, and provide physician education on sexual health through the medical curriculum.
