Summary
Responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational processes and supporting the execution of key projects. This position involves data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with project teams to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations and project performance. -Evaluate current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. -Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement streamlined and efficient workflows. -Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for operations and projects. -Maintain organized documentation related to operations and projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. -Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. -Facilitate communication among project teams, department heads, and other stakeholders. Education Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in data analysis, operations, and project support or project management 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data interpretation and reporting. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
