The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $60,750 - $89,100 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, inclusive of onboarding, immersion planning, and continued growth and development.
  • Execute tactical and operational HR activities across the employee life cycle, encompassing: onboarding, new hire check-ins, mobility verification letters, and conducting thorough exit interviews. Additionally, review themesfrom new hire check-ins and exit interviews to support the creation of actions.
  • Promote a people-focused culture by teaming up with other HR Leaders in the business to discuss, plan, and implement Engagement Activities. Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization's growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture.
  • Implement and sustain effective communication practices, including but not limited to Town Halls, New Hire Orientations, Benefits Meetings, Company Newsletters, etc.
  • Plan worksite events, such as local Job Fair, Recognition Lunches, Coffee-side Chats, Happy Thursdays, etc.
  • Drives communications and actions relative to our OCTR, Performance Management Process, Compensation Planning, Engagement, Employee Relations, and otherwise as needed.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in the HRIS system by tracking and inputting employment changes such as new hires, transfers, job classifications, salary, terminations, etc.
  • Updates all Excel spreadsheet trackers relative to processes, standard work, and lean management. Use metrics and data to enable HR Leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve.
  • Maintains confidentiality related to every aspect of the work conducted in the human resources department and Dematic.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Flexible to changes in duties, priorities, methods, and environments.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of directly applicable Human Resource Generalist experience in a manufacturing, operations, warehousing, or similar, fast-paced, environment.

  • Ability to quickly learn policies and practices with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of HR Law, Benefits, and payroll practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving engagement and reducing turnover.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
  • Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
  • Able to make quick, effective, and principles-based decisions.
  • Proven customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal) required.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven track record and experience in thriving within a self-directed, proactive, multifaceted, fast-paced environment across all levels
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred focus in business, human resources, sociology, psychology.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Some travel required, less than 10%.
