Job Summary |
Auburn University's Crooked Oaks is seeking a motivated and versatile student worker to assist with a variety of tasks.Responsibilities include preparing and executing event setups, ensuring venues are clean, organized, and equipped with the required furniture, decorations, and equipment according to event plans. This role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additional duties include lodging setup, providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and contributing to marketing and social media efforts. |
Essential Functions |
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. One must be a team player, as you will be working hand and hand with the Crooked Oaks Staff with each event and daily tasks.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Set up/ break down for events
- Interact in a professional manner with vendors and guests
- Parking
- Trash duty

Minimum Qualifications |
- Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
- Experience moving furniture or materials
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
