Position Highlights: Annual Compensation: $522,000 with shift-based compensation model, offering excellent earning potential. Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually based on performance. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000. Call Schedule: 1:7 with in-house CRNAs, day after call off 10 weeks of vacation annually Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, two retirement plans with Sentara contributions, and more.
