Entertainment Security Ambassadors act as a visual deterrent, intervene and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats. This position requires specialized training and physical conditioning. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. THE STARTING RATE: $17.05/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Relay information, messages, and/or emergencies to and from appropriate personnel by telephone or two-way radio Follow the established protocol for reporting injuries and rendering appropriate first aid to injured individuals Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, informing personnel of threats and potential threats, summoning emergency responders, and initiating and conducting evacuation procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue environment.
