Responsibilities
Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Case Manager with leadership experience to work full-time in our Social Services Department as a Lead Case Manager. What Role Will You Play? Our patients bring with them many different clinical challenges and high acuity illnesses that require specific and individualized care. We balance our busy work environment with a strong commitment to teamwork and a sense of humor that makes Peachford a challenging, yet fun place to work. While taking care of our patients, we also strive to take care of each other. What Does Peachford Require for this Role? A license eligible master's degree in a related clinical area is required and previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience is preferred. Wait! There's More....
