We are seeking strategic and collaborative Product Owners to drive the delivery of impactful product solutions that align with business objectives and delight customers. In this role, you will partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage backlog, prioritize workflows, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will gather, analyze, and refine requirements to guide development teams in building effective, customer-centric solutions. You will lead Agile teams to deliver consistent value in alignment with the product vision and roadmap, serving as a key driver of Agile Release Train (ART) success. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary:

    • Associate Product Owner: $84,500 - 112,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Product Owner: $97,000-$128,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Leads, collaborates with, and motivates one cross functional team to develop, execute, and release product solutions in alignment with product vision and roadmaps.
  • Provides business leadership to the development teams and sets clear expectations around acceptable deliverables, including deciding appropriate incremental release dates, adjustment of priorities, deadlines, and validation of metrics for methodology and business controls.
  • Interacts with customers and users to understand their processes and pain points then guides the team to create solutions that delight customers.
  • Understands the business goals and objectives and recommends solutions that balance experience with key business indicators (KPIs). Communicates progress to leadership and broader audiences.
  • Runs experiments to test the viability and scalability of ideas in an inexpensive, fast manner.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Proven ability to utilize strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to provide guidance and direction, influence, and build collaborative relationships across business partners, support areas, and vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile, roles and processes within the framework and the way they collaborate as a system.
  • Basic understanding of different technology and domains (cloud, mainframe, client server, web, portal, SaaS, Enterprise Architecture, etc.) and proven ability to apply this knowledge to meaningfully collaborate with I/S to ensure solutions are well targeted.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of overcoming obstacles. You work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:



  • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework, roles and processes and the way they work together.
  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Change Management practices and the ability to apply these concepts independently.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, operational business processes, and how technology relates to business.
  • Advanced understanding of different technology and domains (cloud, mainframe, client server, web, portal, SaaS, Enterprise Architecture, etc.)
