The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing both clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality patient care, and optimal staff and physician satisfaction. This role combines leadership and operational management to enhance practice performance. The manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, they will oversee staff development, implement best practices, and manage financial performance, including budget oversight and billing processes. By fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, the Practice Manager ensures that all aspects of the practice align to provide excellent patient care while meeting both operational and financial goals.

Summary:
The Manager - Practice Operations Pediatrics role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
