Location: This position will be based out of our Dallas Office.

About the Opportunity

At Machinify, we are constantly reimagining what is possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Finance Team, you will, as a Financial Analyst within the Strategic Finance Team, play a critical role in providing financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in addition to supporting acquisition and corporate development to enhance the enterprise value of the company.

What you'll do



  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to create detailed budget plans and track progress against financial targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial health, operational efficiency, and payment integrity.
  • Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improving operational efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is integrated and consistent across the organization.
  • Support development of underwriting thesis and financial models on acquisitions and strategic partnerships
  • Assist in sizing the total addressable market for solutions and market share of company and its competition.
  • Present financial information in a concise, consumable manner to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
  • Help drive automation and process improvements within the Strategic Finance function.


What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

  • MBA or master's degree Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with financial software tools (e.g., Sage, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in healthcare or payment integrity is a plus but not required.

Pay range: $100,000-$120,000 USD with bonus potential.

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
