The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a full-time, Represented Adjunct faculty position in the Biology Department beginning August 15, 2025. This is a Represented Adjunct faculty position at either the Instructor or Assistant Professor level (rank commensurate with credentials). It is a non-tenure track, contract renewable position with teaching (80%) and departmental service (6%) responsibilities equal to 86% full-time equivalent (FTE). Initial contract length is three (3) years, with subsequent reappointments ranging from two to five years. This position is anticipated to be long-term and includes representation by the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) bargaining unit and contracted benefits. Essential Functions
