Engagement Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Portfolio Delivery Lead/Program Director with 21 to 24 years of experience to lead our hybrid work model team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure and a good understanding of pricing optimization. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive project success and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex programs within the organization.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Utilize technical expertise in Azure to guide and support project teams in achieving technical goals.
• Leverage knowledge of pricing optimization to enhance program outcomes and drive business value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in program management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in Azure with the ability to guide and support technical teams.
• Exhibit knowledge of pricing optimization and its application in program management.
• Showcase excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.
• Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
