Position Summary: This position reports directly to the Assistant Director or designee of the Customer Care Center, which is geared towards providing a world class patient and family centered experience across the care continuum that contributes to profitable growth, customer satisfaction/retention, exceptional quality/value, and financial health in a high performance Call Center environment. This position is accountable for managing high performance standards and optimal service delivery. Services as an "on the ground" project manager is committed to making the UI Health the Provider and Employer of Choice. Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Required: 1. Any one or any combination totaling five (5) years (60 months), from the categories below A. College education with course work in a business medical field such as nursing assistant, medical assistant, or medical secretary and/or business fields such as business, finance, public administration, or social science, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
B. Work experience or ancillary service experience comparable to the Medical Office Specialist level or other positions of comparable responsibility.
