Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js and the Google CCAI Platform. Experience in Service Assurance and Telecom domains is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Node.js and Google CCAI Platform Oversee the design coding testing and debugging of software applications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications Participate in project planning and estimation activities Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Node.js and Google CCAI Platform Have experience in Service Assurance and Telecom domains (nice to have) Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities Show proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions Be adaptable to a hybrid work environment and flexible in day shifts Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Certifications Required Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect Node.js Certified Developer
