Job Title: Informatica Developer (ONSITE)

Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Warehousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to our projects and drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to ensure efficient data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure high availability and reliability of data systems.
• Utilize Unix Shell Scripting to automate data processing tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage Informatica Scheduler to ensure timely execution of ETL jobs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data warehousing and integration best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations.
• Document data workflows processes and system configurations for future reference and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards to maintain data security and privacy.
• Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Data Warehousing Concepts and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and SQL for data extraction transformation and loading.
• Have hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization.
• Exhibit knowledge of Informatica Scheduler for managing ETL job schedules.
• Show domain expertise in Payer to understand and address industry-specific data requirements.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81,848 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
